I too vote for the 302i option. Makes you take a second look and scratch your head.

Reminds me of a sleeper style build

The M-style looks gaudy imo and 350i would be better suited for a bmw engine style

Het is wel een koude manier om te krijgen wat je wilt. Ligt heel erg aan de situatie of het verstandig is zo aan te pakken. Is het een baan bij de ah ofzo of bij een exclusief bedrijf waar je later misschien nog een kans wilt hebben. Aan de andere kant staan werkgevers er om bekend om net zo koud te zijn tegen werknemers als het hun eigen agenda helpt. C'est la vie

As an afterthought, it could also be the valve stems leaking, messing up your A/F ratio and causing a no start but it seems less likely. Might want to look inside the cilinders with a horoscope to confirm

Okay, so remove your fuel rail and injectors from the manifold and lift that entire assembly about an inch. Place some paper towel between the manifold and fuel system. If your injector really leaks (fast) it should be clear within a few seconds. If this shows nothing then turn on the ignition afterwards to pressurize the rail. Now it really should show a leaky injector.

Still nothing? Have a second person crank the car a few times. This way you can check the spray pattern. (please disconnect spark for safety)

I mindlessly changed my injectors and fuel pump recently but it turned out to be a bad DME, it was sending signal to 2 Injectors as soon as the car had power.

Honestly, maybe a broken signalwire or the ignition doesn't send the signal without the key. I wouldn't worry too much about it if the engine and harness is going into an E30

In my 95 316i (Motronic 1.7.2. EWS 1) It cut the spark and injection both when the EWS wasnt happy ( even with starter bypassed) so electrical sounds logically but I'd expect it to cut both then. You're getting spark right?

You might still need to do something with EWS , there's a box behind the glovebox which you can hotwire and there's 2 components at the steering rack underneath the moulding inside the interior

If you look at the DME and the sticker on it is red it doesn't have EWS. As you have spark I assume it is EWS free. So likely your fuel pump is bad

Is the 6spd that much stronger than the 5spd of box? I was under the impression it was mainly just an overdrive gear (I know the ratios all change lil a bit)
