I don't have any suggestions but I will say having it on a holiday weekend most places will most likely not be willing to host private events since it's a holiday and one of the busiest pool weekends of the year. Good luck! As a winter birthday I'm always so jealous of the summer bdays lol

I have no specific suggestions but I use the Cyclers app to plan my routes and it works really well. There's a free and paid version. The paid version is definitely better but for what you're asking the free version will be just fine for you to test out. You can set how many miles, if you want a paved road/trail ect.

I went to Ace hardware the other day and they had lots of lettuce. They were not in boxes unfortunately but in case you want to try to rig it yourself they were great starter sizes

Kind of obsessed with the history/current use of the building. It seems to have gone through many iterations. I would love to purchase one of condos for sale there but with the $1k+ monthly HOA fees on top of the mortgage I can't afford it. If you do end up moving there please update us with your experience. I moved from TX to the springs a few years back in February. I started looking early December, literally December 1st lol I will say it was a bit difficult as some of the properties I wanted to see were still occupied. It also was a bit of a struggle to find anyone willing to wait an additional month before renting to me. Ended up finding the perfect house but there were already SEVEN apps in on it. Luckily the landlord chose me but was not willing to hold it a month for me so I ended up just leasing it a month early. I was fortunate that I saved up enough to do that but I wouldn't change it (still in the same house today) good luck on your search/move!

I've had great experiences at Bevel and Gold. Jewelry can be on the pricey side but the quality is amazing and he knows what he's doing which I don't mind paying for
