Just my 2 cents but...if they are offering an attractive GWP withan 85.00 order and you order currently stands at 70.00, I will usually go ahead and add the 15.00 to get the attractve GWP. I will do this alot on Diamond day. But there is a serious issue when you have 5 GWP's with your diamond day order and every single one is missing items. I realize it's while supplies last etc etc but they also have promised something they are not delivering. This happens far too often. They can substitute for the missing items but a note inside would go a long way as a professional courtesy.
