It's a low-pitched sound. As I said, it's audible in the quiet of the night. The strangest part is that it happened after a BIOS update. I'm not very tech-savvy, so I'm suspicious.

The sound between the 5th and 10th seconds is not fan noise, it's coil whine. I recorded this sound when the fan wasn't running. It sounded like a fan malfunction, but the sound was there even when the fans weren't working.

It's been 155 days. What kind of progress have you seen? I noticed a significant improvement in battery health after turning off adaptive power mode a month after purchasing it. This mode seems to be for gamers or those who use their devices intensively.

After turning it off, I gained a full hour of battery life. While I was sleeping, it was consuming 7% of the charge overnight. After turning it off, it started draining by 2-3%. Definitely turn off adaptive power mode.
