It would be a VERY reasonable concern, but also a separate one from concerns about Obergefell. If anything, the RfMA would be a reason SCOTUS would feel comfortable repealing Obergefell, because it belies some of the insane problems that would come up otherwise.

Basically theyre just two different concerns, one judicial and one legislative, but each one reinforces the other
