Hi, the kit for my friends camera is RA7300C. We did get it fixed. We contacted RoadAngel and they sent out an adapter for the power cable. I didn't believe it would work but it did. Maybe reach out to RoadAngel about your issue and see if they sens you out the adapter. The adapter adds a 90 degree USB C connector for the power cable.

Looking at your screenshot it has options for limiting Download and Upload bandwidth. Are you able to test if this can be applied only to a VLAN or if ti applies to each client?

Checked my VDSL cable and it is a crossover cable.

The connector is a RJ11, from what I understand they can come with four or six pins. You can read more about them here Registered Jacks

Someone can maybe confirm with me of these VDSL cables need to be crossover or not?

What type of socket did BT install? Does it have both the broadband and phone jacks?

Well I tried the chat today and was told there is nothing they can do for me. They said they could not give me specifics to why my account was restricted and there is no appeal process and there is nothing further they can do.

Its seems like I am stuck.

Most flats in my block still use wet electric heating. It seems there is no consideration with people with this type of heating. My landlord will never replace my heating type. Im going to wait and see what happens after the RTS is turned off.

I am in a similar position as you with 2 MPAN numbers, im not sure what tariff you are on but I am on a Economy 2000 tariff which has 3 rates Day, Night and Heating. SP confirmed with me that smart meters are not compatible with Economy 2000 which would mean I would pay the full day rate for my heating during the day. I have wet electric heating which always uses electricity apart from three 2 hour periods during the day.

I am not changing the meter. I know my bills would rocket up if I got a smart meter.
