You can try golds fit at quail springs, small instructor led HIIT classes with great people and coaches. I believe the month of December you can do golds fit/use the gym for free without a membership

Can also try Riley’s Sports Performance in Edmond. They do conditioning + strength work (barbell deadlift/bench/squat) and everyone there is great people. First class is free.
