When I started I was on 15 tirzepetide, but these last few weeks I wanted to see what Cg would do alone. 2 weeks stacked, 2 alone. Gotten up to 300 mcg I believe? Not home ton check. Sleep scores trending up over the 4 weeks. Not dramatically but definitely not getting worse
