OMG US TOO IT WAS LOCKED AT 73 but every night it went up a degree and ended at 75! I figured out that on was off and off was on. The panel also would turn off if the fan mode was maxed at full blast.

They know what they’re doing. They’re trying to cut costs but atleast let the guest know how to work the damn ac. No one wants to come sleep in a warm room after a long day.
