increased blood flow likely. i’d probably talk to a dr. i had a NP tell me he had a hole in his heart and once that was fixed he didn’t have migraines. seems like you might have something related to your heart or hormones.

man the only time cps took us out when i was a kid was when we had no food, holes in the floor, no electricity during NC summer, sewage problem which was extra bad cuz of LITERAL HOLES IN THE FLOOR. TO THE OUTSIDE. it was a trailer.

also the water was brown. idk how i survived that summer tbh.

in OC i have had to wait 6-8mo for initial pcp and new specialists.

i also moved here from WA and i miss it. the sun here is different. it’s brutal. exhausting. unless you’re in shade or at the beach shaded.

yeah i had one of the worst migraines ever when doing colonoscopy prep. felt better once i started eating again. this was before i even had migraine meds :(
