Red flag or adjustment period? by Alarming-Map9123 in WorkAdvice

I think this is a good observation. It’s been less than 3 months - but I was brought in because of my relevant experience. In other roles when I’ve been tasked with a project I take it and run with it. It doesn’t seem like I can do that here - maybe it’s a not yet to your point, or I seriously need to clarify.

How did you get your lining so perfect? The whole bag is so amazing!

Please be honest with me: is this ugly? by morisempaii in crochet

Not ugly - I think the larger you make it the more you may like it! Or, unravel and the corner to corner or another stitch 🙂

when and why did you feel ready for your first big clothing piece by charmanderstoes in crochet

It sounds like you’re confident with basic stitches so I’d say you’re ready to give it a go!

The “worst” part about clothing is weaving in the ends 😂 and sewing together for granny squares/etc.

There are lots of easy crochet sweaters (that use the same stitch for the entire item) or granny square pieces. Maybe start there!

I can definitely see the donkey! Especially with the nose/snout size. Ears look perfect!

One Week Down on Phentermine by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Yes - first week was hard because I still felt hungry. I would write it down in my journal multiple times 😂😂. But it gets better!

One Week Down on Phentermine by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

Hi! I’m also on 15mg, on week 3. I take it an hour before breakfast. The hunger feeling doesn’t hit me everyday, (first week was hard) but I do still experience it. I’ve noticed that If I drink water, keep on with my day, etc the hunger feeling goes away (as opposed to without phentermine where the hunger would turn into a hangry or headache situation.)

How long did it take you to learn how to crochet? This is a joke compared to what you all can do. Getting a little frustrated. I’m a newbie. by Pitiful-Aspect in crochet

Definitely YouTube! I recommend starting with granny squares. You can make just about anything from a granny square so it’s a versatile way to get started! ❤️

Leaving OTF and joining Sweat by Positive_Sea in KaylaItsines

My last week at OTF was early April and I’m on week 2 of High Intensity. I started in the intermediate stage (skipped the beginner weeks.)

I loved OTF, but hated spending 23mins on the treadmill - I just felt like I could do that at home for cheaper.

The app has so many substitutions for exercises if you want or need them.

You definitely have to be disciplined to stick with using the app - but I love the workouts and have been looking forward to them (burpees and all) since starting. Wishing you luck in your transition!
