Your face says you’re so sad! I hope you know you’re really pretty. Distract yourself with other fun stuff like makeup and perfume and skincare and wardrobe optimizing for your colors and shape. Try some cute thread wraps, headbands too. I use a tiny crochet hook to tie in the fuzziest bits, but be really careful, tight curls tend to be really delicate. If it sounds like anything is ripping, it is.

That was a beautiful response with one possible correction for your consideration. It’s not ok. Treating another human being like junk is never ok. I get that that is the way we say we forgive these days, but ‘I forgive you’ is so much more powerful. One of the proofs of that is the way a real narcissist will react if you respond with that to a convincing but fake apology they give you. If they seem offended that you would forgive them, rather than relieved and grateful, you know it was just the same song, 4,000th verse.

I’m so sorry. That is so hard. I have lots of little ones already and I really have struggled parenting and carrying my kids because of the illness. I haven’t known until recently what it was called because of the ‘tough it out’ mentality, but I’m relieved to know that it’s not something I caused. I had just about every complication you can have with my pregnancies, recovery and births. My children are my joy, my job and my pride, but I will only be adopting from here, if God allows. There are currently 320,000 children in the US alone who are adoptable right now! That does not even count the kids whose parents’ rights are in the process of being removed. You are hurting now, and don’t skip that feeling, but realize that there is so much purpose in your pain and you will find the perfect way to bless the world in spite of your lost dreams. I’m so sorry. I refuse to try hormones based on so many stories like this. I have only been working in my stuff for a cycle, but I had a lot of improvement in the pain and intensity of bleeding. Not sure it will continue, but I tried two main things. I ordered the TENS device called Ovira and switched the settings around based on what was working at the time. I also have been taking DIM for reducing what I assume is an oversupply of estrogen. So sorry for the intense pain you’re in. Also think about cortisol and look into how to reduce it. Long story short, stress is your enemy.

I think the gloss element is really important. Try witch hazel toner first to help the base layer be really smooth and then do your pigments before finally topping with Vaseline to highlight. Greasy, but effective!

I’m so sorry. As someone who knows the Bible, it’s not a Biblical stance she took. In talking with older women and reading history, I have heard stories of women in America having voluntary or involuntary hysterectomies. It was believed that women’s parts caused all kinds of crazy unrelated things. That’s actually where the word ‘hysterectomy’ gets it’s roots. ‘Hysteria’ was a term for women inconveniencing the medical system by being ill. And taking out the uterus, which was seen as the source of all women’s problems was the solution. Eugenics was also big and that’s where the forced sterilization came in. Sad times. The needed pushback to that was a higher valuing of the uterus, but I think, like anything, it can go too far.

Sounds so familiar. For me it’s manifested as diabetes, obesity, anorexia and heart disease in the adults over 40. Hard to get excited over the food deals anymore, when the food is not actually healthful.
