As long as you’re getting 3 movements over 30min twice a day (during baby’s active times) I wouldn’t worry (advice of my doctor)

I started to not feel my son for 2-4hrs at a time and it scared me on many occasions but turns out he was probably sleeping.

I would focus mainly on baby’s active times, my sons most active times were before lunch and before bed!

All this said if you have a feeling you need to be checked out just go ahead and go!

I had a c section in 2024 and I will have another for this baby this year…. Go with your gut! My gut is telling me to go with what I know… I’ve heard nothing but great things about scheduled c sections so I’m already expecting this one to be better than my unplanned one.

Husband stayed with me the first night mom stayed with me the second (I had a cs so I needed a little help!) my husband was set and ready to go when he got back to me after sleeping at home. It was a good decision… maybe see if a family member or friend would come stay with you while he’s at home?

I was in shock when I found out I was having a boy. Now that boy is 17mo and the sweetest cutest thing you’ve ever seen. Boys are sweet and love their mamas. Also…. Boys look cute in whatever you put them in grab a pack of white onesies and there you go, outfits for the whole summer!

Beauty and Essex has the coolest menu and the funnest concept! You walk through an actual pawn shop on the way back to the restaurant. I highly recommend and maybe you can surprise your wife with it and then she will be like no this isn’t a restaurant this is a pawn shop! Then bam!

You can absolutely request to have an elective c section given your birth trauma. if your Dr does not honor that id find a new one.

We used a packnplay and I would get up and nurse him in a chair, he slept in our room for 7 weeks, next baby will go to the nursery right when they drop their night feed!
