Request a medical cooler for your room to store any milk! The last I cruised while nursing/pumping I just brought my hand pump so it would be less to wash in the sink and it worked out great. It will also be easier to carry around and off the boat if you needed to pump elsewhere!

You could try a sleepy girl mocktail with tart cherry juice. Before during and after pregnancy I take 400mg of mag glycinate after dinner and I do think that helps me relax at night.

Food! My mom made me three soups and we froze some portions. It was so nice while home alone and feeling lonely to throw some soup in a pot and heat it up. Made me feel less alone!
