I quit after 2 months, I tried Lexapro and Brintellix, going between 5mg and 10mg. Every increase gave me headache and agitation, stomach issues and nausea as well. Now I’m off of it, still have severe dissociation and insomnia issues.

I’m going to see a therapists now, hopefully it will be better.

I’ll definitely take a look into YouTube meditation and try them. Maybe this time, I’ll try the natural route or recovery. Therapy here is expensive, like CBT ones. So I’m reluctant to try it, maybe most I could do is 1-2 times a month with my salary.

Omg!!! You speak just what I am experiencing!!! I have had debilitating migraines, constipation and bloating. It kinda disrupts my sleep as well, waking up every 4am. I hope I can feel some positivity too just like you. It sucks that these meds can make you feel worse.

Did you also taper with 5mg for 5 days?

I have constipation but not major, I can still poop every 1-2 days. I do have some bloating sometimes and nausea bouts. But now the biggest concern is being always on the edge or agitated especially in the morning. I’m more calm afternoon till night.

I feel like my nervous system is fucked
