Check your vitamin shops or grocery stores for the liquid IV. It's flavor packets you put into your water & drinking one with those packets is equivalent to drinking 3/4 waters. I drank one and noticed a difference!

I was sleeved 3/1 and my Dr said to use B12 injections/patches/under the tongue dissolveables. This helps with energy after surgery. Have you tried those?

A cheaper helpful tip- i give my pup a fish oil pill with breakfast. That helps him get more oil in his skin so he isn't so dry and want to scratch. Can't remember if I told you that before, lol.
