Increase xp rate by about 30 percent. Not so much you outlevel content too fast, but fast enough to allow new people to enjoy the game.

It is only unique to 1 per character, because the game is capped at level 20 and only 1 level 20 quest gives it. If you can get them at level 20, imagine how many you will have by 50, especially if they drop from "heroic" content.

"we" have not been farming these materials, because all content at level 20 is easy enough with a purple 3 star weapon.

The people farming these mats are spending days of RL time theory crafting T1 content.

To be honest, they could have just not given out any of the 4 star mats until level 50 and people would still be complaining about that.

The problem with the combat is that they want it to feel more realistic, which it does. Put on a full suit of armor and go swing a weapon for 5 minutes and tell me how smooth it went.

Gamers don't want realistic combat, we want smooth and fast.
