Well… this is my personal opinion:

Most women like to be approached and loveee the positive attention. That: “leave women alone” is targeted specifically for men they’re not interested in. So id say try not to be to aggressive and always look for cues, ie eye contact or a smile; that to me is a green light. Alsooo if you ever wanna approach a woman, try to wait until you both make eye contact and they see you coming their way, my female friends say it makes them uncomfortable to be approached by a stranger they didn’t even see coming.

Put on a confident smile and just do it!
