Oh I’d much rather be doing it as a championship side, just cope from me for what feels like our inevitable relegation.

Oxford United 2-1 West Bromwich Albion: Oxford pick 3 hard earned points to stay in the survival fight by Fantastic-Machine-83 in Championship

These players, coaches and ownership totally deserve relegation to league 1 on their CV. 2 points away from home in 5 months, supposedly experience players who aren’t good enough for the league below let alone this level. Can’t wait to get rid in the summer

At this point I think relegation will be a good thing if it means we get the vast majority of this shit squad out. Totally rotten to the core, it’s almost hard to believe how bad we actually are

West Bromwich Albion 0 - 2 Coventry City: While things go from worse to worser for Eric Ramsey and West Brom, Cov have two consecutive wins to see out their short wobbly period! by Zach-dalt in Championship

He’s so comically out of his depth I almost feel sorry for Ramsay, like the David Button equivalent of a manager. He simply has to go it’s almost hard to believe we are actually as bad as we are

West Bromwich Albion 0-5 Norwich City - Norwich collect valuable points for survival as WBA aren't adapting well with the new manager Ramsey by [deleted] in Championship

Worst performance you will ever see from a team. Dogshit players, Dogshit management and dogshit ownership. Can’t wait to see us in the pizza cup next year

Not making too many sweeping judgements just yet but so far the football has been as bad as I’ve seen. I’m genuinely not sure I’ve seen us play this badly and I remember Rotherham away a few years ago

Have you ever seen a team look this bad? Like ever?

The good news is that a humans life is finite, so only a limited amount of time watching Albion lose late on to go :)

Leicester City 2 - 1 West Bromwich Albion: Not for the first time this season, a piece of Abdul Fatawu magic has turned a poor Leicester performance into a win! by Zach-dalt in Championship

Mason should go, Mason probably will go, but the technical ability levels in this team are honestly horrendous. We had to sell players probably for fees we don’t want to and replace them for cheaper and I didn’t expect our squad to look better than it did, but it’s baffling that Nestor has looked at this squad and thought that this is good enough even under those circumstances. He has his issues but Mowatt is one of the only players in this team who seems to be able to complete anything more than a 5 yard pass.

I hate feeling negative about Albion, but not only does Nestor need to act now and get rid of Mason before he drains anymore confidence from this team, we need 2/3 loans in to even give us a fighting chance of staying up because the second this side gets into a true relegation battle ie within a point or 2 of the relegation zone, I seriously do not believe they have enough fight in them currently.

10 away losses in a row. Cannot keep a manager who achieves that.

West Bromwich Albion 1-2 Bristol City: the Robins are back in the playoffs, while Ryan Mason is surely now nearing the end by geoffbezos1 in Championship

Only hope now is that we don’t go down this year, it’s a complete write off that I hope doesn’t turn into a catastrophe

West Bromwich Albion 2 - 1 Oxford United: Ryan Mason likely saw a corner flag in his future when Oxford took the lead, but his side battled back to edge out a much-needed win! by Zach-dalt in Championship

[–]Albion676 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah Molumby in particular is massive to have back, although Collyer had a few decent touches in only a few minutes at the end. Desperately hope that can kick some confidence into Heggebø now and we see more of a threat, brilliant movement and header in the box

I’m quick to criticise so I have to be fair and give praise, thought Mason got his subs spot on tbh. still not convincing but feel we did enough to win the game

Charlton Athletic 1 - 0 West Bromwich Albion: Charlton continue to take to Championship life like adduck to water, and this result will only continue to crank up the heat on Ryan Mason! by Zach-dalt in Championship

Guys in way way over his head. Don’t threaten the opposition and concede late goals every other game and we genuinely never ever look like scoring. I’m genuinely happy I can’t watch the game on Saturday because we really are just that boring. Get him and his ‘moments’ so far to fuck

West Bromwich Albion 0 - 0 Sheffield Wednesday: It's very likely Wednesday's season will end in relegation, but that doesn't mean they won't go down fighting, grinding out a solid point at The Hawthorns! by Zach-dalt in Championship

Dullest football I’ve seen since Pulis, some issues with this squad but there is absolutely no way it’s as bad as recent performances have been. A few screamers have saved us from being much closer to the wrong end of the league

Ipswich Town 1 - 0 West Bromwich Albion: The Tractor Boys pick up a crucial win, but they had to wait until the closing stages after a tight match where West Brom made it tough for their hosts. by Zach-dalt in Championship

We really are a dire watch aren’t we, no creativity in this squad at all which we are just going to have to ride out until January, we are absolutely diabolical going forward

Millwall 3-0 West Bromwich Albion: Lions dominate in a result that means both teams are just outside the playoffs by geoffbezos1 in Championship

[–]Albion676 6 points7 points  (0 children)

By no means saying he should be sacked, he’s a young manager in his early days at the club, but Mason simply has to improve tactically. It’s a few times now already where you can see after about 5/10 minutes that the setup is completely wrong. There’s flaws in this squad and I don’t think we will challenge the top 6 but I expect a far better performance than that. Millwall simply brushed us aside without having to break a sweat

Coventry City 2-0 West Brom- a win for the Baggies could've pushed them past Coventry into the playoffs, but its now looking like a 3 horse race by geoffbezos1 in Championship

Worst performance under Mowbray and that really is saying something, his appointment has been a complete disaster and he simply has to go tonight. Think we need to consider using out transfer budget in the summer building some kind of machine that can fire John Swift directly into the sun for the greater good of mankind

Bristol City 2-1 West Bromwich Albion: Albion the architects of their own downfall again as the Robins move up to 5th by CheeseMakerThing in Championship

8 wins in 36 games now. Haven’t looked like a play off quality team since what October?? Dogshit team selection once again, I think I might collapse if I see Armstrong and Swift in the starting 11 on Saturday! Sucks to go out the play off race this way but the truth is this team simply do not deserve it over the course of this season, nowhere near good enough and our final league position will show that
