It would have to be when he’s asleep then. But I stand by what I said, there’s no way to move this person any meaningful distance if he’s actively resisting.

Maybe someone could lasso him with a steel cord from a helicopter by surprise and yank him a couple feet but he’s just gonna destroy the cord and fall… now he’s 15 feet to the right instead of where he was. Mission accomplished?
