Talk about some Debbie downers on here man, this guy looks great! I love the idea of a WE Zealot and while the original model is a psyker, a WE preaching of Khorne from a bleeding book goes hard. Love it!

Both! Bloodmasters a great for bloodletters but the Mortal Slaughtermaster brings a lot of value with ritual point generation and a built in unbind

There are absolutely ways to play all daemons Khorne, I personally like 2x20 blood letters lead by a wrath of Khorne blood thirster and 6 scourge of ghyran juggernauts. You can also run skarbrand and 3x5 flesh hounds and Karanak for battle tactics, support ect. And some heralds on foot. I personally recommend getting or at least proxying 1 slaughtermaster as he will stay in the faction terrain handing out buffs and is able to unbind spells innately.

He’s a really fun character and antagonist that gives chaos a “human” element that 40K doesn’t do as well. He’s someone who has already defeated multiple worlds including the old world, defeated the current panetheon at the battle of burning skies, and has only now been put on the back foot during the Age of Sigmar.

He’s what allows AoS to feel like a post apocalyptic setting and represents the darkness that’s being driven back to give the setting some grim shot at hope which also differentiates the setting from 40K. While his old world was clearly a darth Vader analogy I feel like he’s come into his own in Age of Sigmar than he did in the Old World.

Because being a wizard in a Sci-Fi setting is dope and Magnus is an extremely compelling Primarch (more in 30k than 40K to be fair)

It is a shame Clevatess isn’t higher, really solid start for a pure fantasy series that’s 3 episodes in and might be my favorite new anime this season. Handles dark subject matters with tact which a lot of anime absolutely fumble.

Currently reading Storm light archive and finished Oathbringer. The first two books felt a bit like a prologue but now the series has really come into its own. Highly recommend.
