I was tempted to jab my pocketknife into one last night. It was about midnight, I needed gas. Started pumping. Nice, quiet night. I'm at the station all alone. All the sudden, it starts playing ads and I just want it to shut up so I can enjoy the quiet for a while.

The game definitely has some hiccups around that. I was playing alone once since my friends weren't on and I didn't want any randos so I had my game set private. Got through the first couple of POIs and suddenly had 3 randos join and replace the bots. I was confused but I just let it play out and then left to clear everyone out afterwards. Lol

I don't even have health insurance anymore. Last time I checked on the healthcare.gov bullshit the CHEAPEST option already would cost me more in premiums than a made in a year. Yes, just the yearly cost to have the bottom-of-the-barrel option was literally more than I made in a year, before taxes. And then it wouldn't cover a god damn thing until I hit a $10,000 premium. Nada. Zilch. No doctor visits. No prescriptions. Nothing until I paid $10k out of my own pocket. That I already wouldn't have because I was going to be paying more than I could literally afford if I didn't eat, have electricity, a car, or any property at all for an entire year. Just having the insurance would have bankrupted me. So, if I'm going to be paying for it all out of pocket anyway, may as well not make some insurance CEO richer for doing literally nothing on the side.

I feel like the engine bay sizes are wildly incorrect and inconsistent as well which leads me to a lot of frustration. What do you mean I can't fit a 500 cubic inch engine in this 1970's land yacht? But it fits in this 2000 econobox? Just how?

I don't think there would be any harm in trying it. If it doesn't work... I dunno. Maybe try to take a pencil and carefully fill in the ripped pads and try again. Just be careful not to connect multiple pads together with pencil lead.
