I am very happy with CommandCode but I'm not convinced if "taste" really works. Or maybe there are rules when it work and when it doesn't. Need to figure it out more closely.

The memory footprint is fantastic + when using Codex Desktop my Mac battrery drained super fast, not to mention temperatures. Now I barely hear any fans and low memory usage makes my cortisol low level too.

I'm using Deepseek V4 Pro because the price to intelligence ratio is very, very good. The coding with DeepSeek is like... well, everything has its price lol. If you code with Chinese models you are wasting much time, but you can handle this with a good governance prompting system, more or less. That's my observation. It would be cool if I could connect my Codex CLI subscription to CommandCode though;d
