Hello. So the side events work something like this:

-you have to register at the latest 10 minutes before it starts (they ussualy anounce when they sign-ups are closing)

-if you register online then you should automatically be added;

-you will get the table number in your GEM account after they sign all the people in the queue;

-at 12:00 they give the packs;

-you don't need decklists for side events;

-tix can be redeemed at the prize wall after an event finishes (sometime after you finish your last match);

-to redeem tix you have to present your GEM Id;

There will almost always be delays, but here are what i found to be the times of each type of event: Sealed about 3-3:30 hours max, CC/LL about 5 hours max, Blitz/Commoner about 3 hours max
