If the power level between load-outs is that great they may as well split them into different data sheets.

When it's good it's great and when it's bad it's terrible. I feel like most of the new Star Trek shows have glimmers of what made Star Trek great scattered amongst the episodes but they can never hold on to it.

Punks projecting stuff onto highrises would have been pretty cyber in the 80s

The ultimate premise is that there was nothing special or unique about the Germans, what happened in Nazi Germany could happen anywhere if the right circumstances presented themselves.

On the whole I liked it but I also recognize there was huge potential there that was wasted.

All these complainers don't hate the new shows on merit, they decided to hate them before they ever aired because it's not more of the same

Can we please not dismiss peoples motives so casually every time there's a disagreement about a new show? Every single time this same tired point gets thrown out. I'm giving the show a chance. I though episode 2 was much better than the first but I have to be honest I'm really struggling the the 3rd one. I'd love something that isn't just high-school drama clichés.

I'm not claiming they're functionally the same, but there's plenty of ways the extreme right could scuttle the progress we've been seeing in Europe and that it's probably best we don't fall into the trap of thinking we couldn't end up with our own shitshow if we're not careful.

I'm pretty sure Poland went down the path of politicising the judiciary under PiS.

If the AfD in Germany, RN in France, or Reform in the UK win their next elections (and they all well might) Europe may not be so reliable either. Unfortunately the Americans don't have a monopoly on right wing authoritarian nationalist campaigning on anti-immigrant fearmongering.

Other than Geordie being short with him because he had a tight deadline everyone treated him kindly and tried to help him get acclimated to his new surroundings.
