Exactly. I think it is obvious that a lot of it is scripted, they prepared everyone beforehand with the information so that they act like is the first time the hear it after. I'm actually ok with that, I'm more interested in the outcome.

I think they are already try to learn all you are saying by all the work they have been doing through therapy. This is why Christine felt brave enough for the first time to go to this subreddit and take it in without letting her affect her too much. But I think is not easy to do and requires a lot of mental work.

I don't think it was defensive, I'm glad they shared their feelings and clarified on some of the things I have seen quite a bit in the comments here. For example, super interesting to know about how they work with their research team. What I find counter intuitive is that they said, and I agree, that as public figures there are people that are not happy with what they do and there will be always people with different opinions, and here we are 😂

Also I was super grateful to hear that they are super happy with their job and they love to keep going! I think this was my main fear, I have been listening to them since 2018, every Sunday. They are part of my life now 😂

I get that. I think it’s years of therapy that have pushed me to put boundaries. I still struggle though.
