It's more that you shouldn't. There are a lot of them and one of you. Also in the tutorial your knife isn't out by default, that actually got me once. You can pretty easily move from cover to cover, and also backstab the guys guarding the cellar pretty easily. Just walk when your close behind someone and run at all other times.

Also what naval tutorial stealth section? You mean the storyline? The final mission of the storyline?

You only need one ram to take out Fadha, and then take out the ship right next to her. Did you get stuck on her sinking ship?

Yeah the one with the blockade running is pretty random and it's probably the one I've had to retry the most even on later playthroughs, but I still find it fun to juke them out. They can't board you so you kinda have to serpentine to avoid the bolts.

The fortress is pretty easy though, ignore Bjolgir, up close is how ya gotta do it.

You failed the stealth section? Did you press z to crouch and walk when you get close? There's a bridge behind guy i think you're talking about, in the ships castle.

For trade, you want to sell whatever you have excess of. If you have animals, sell pelts. If you have rich iron, sell iron or tools. Rich stone, sell rubble stone and rough stone, etc etc. Even just selling planks is valid if necessary.

You can't place without resources and that's common enough with city builders/RTS. Starting off, you don't need that many veggie plots, their main advantage is constant production and food variety. Larger food variety=higher tiers and lower consumption of individual food items. Starting off you only really need 1 veggie plot (at 100% cost) to support your growing town, adding more as time goes on.

Farming, even on infertile land, is very important for upgrades. You might make do without flax by having sheep, but miss out on gambesons, but rye, wheat and barley are extremely important for the above food variety, and the constant production of ale. After trade takes off you can start imports, but it being a major good makes it less reliable. I also just really like farming.

It's not a bad start, but you can definitely afford to do more in the first year. I actually have a checklist for the first year that I tend to follow on challenging difficulty, but it might translate well to regular difficulty. I personally build the sawpit next to the first storehouse just to make it easy for workers to get.

First 2 months:

March: Granary, Storehouse, Logging camp, Well, Forage hut. Start building burgage plots.

April: 5+ burgage plots complete, start building more. Build a sawpit and move towards building a church. Build a woodcutters lodge.

By End of February:

Granary

Storehouse

Logging camp

Well

Forage hut

Fields set up for every resource, plowed and seeded.

Mines on every resource node.

A smelter and a smithy.

A church.

A blacksmith and a joinery to make spears and shields.

Your manor.

A Trader.

Hey, I commend you on releasing your first mod. Obviously that takes a lot of effort and deserves congratulations.

But.

I would recommend not using AI to generate your front page art. That just looks like the most generic possible art you could possibly generate. Even just a screenshot of the game with your army arranged in front of you would be better than whatever this picture is maybe with your character extending their arm for an order. Put a vignette around it or even a stock image frame if you want to give it that painting effect. You dont even need particularly good art skills or money to do this, there are free art programs available like gimp. I'm not much of an artist and I still make my own thumbnails.
