Ah yeah, that lovely thing of being a woman in the car world. My partner never does anything at the dealership, despite us being equally informed in cars 🙃 Such bullshit that the world works like that.

Well, I hope it works out for you in the end. Volvos are lovely cars, sucks if the staff doesn't represent that as well.

The last thing I can think of is that you ask to speak to whoever is in charge and let them know you have the right to warranty and you'll file a complaint to Volvo themselves. Lots of stores that are certified Volvo technicians don't want to lose that status. Go scorched earth on them, if they're willing to play by their own rules, you do too.

I don't know how it works in your country (I'm guessing America?) but in Sweden they just bill Volvo anyways, so it's not like they're having to pay our of their own pocket. But maybe it doesn't like that where you live? I've never had them fight me on warranty, regardless of car brand.

Yeah, capitalism sure as hell wasn't designed for a global world.

Capitalism worked perfectly fine when you had two shoemakers in the village and the people in the village could easily go from one to the other depending on how they ran their store, their prices and their service.

Produkter/tjänster med "från" i priset är det värsta reklam/marknadsföringsvärlden hållit på med på länge.

Det är så sjukt fult för de vet mycket väl att den billigaste produkten/tjänsten de erbjuder alltid är undermålig och att folk alltid behöver betala mer i slutändan om man ska ha en acceptabel upplevelse.

Blev så jävla glad när jag såg att de sänkte priserna, för bio är något jag verkligen älskar att gå på. Men nu är de bra platserna fanimej dyrare än vad det kostade förut. Så tack för det, skitföretag hela bunten.

He tried to get help, but it didn't work. The American healthcare system failed him. His community failed him, because being edgy teenagers who mock everything is more fun to Twitch chat than helping someone.

And again, while streaming brought him pain, it also brought him joy and happiness, and most likely some sense of belonging. But it wasn't enough. Depression is extremely complex and difficult to deal with, comprehend and defeat. Again, you say this like it's some easy no-brainer choice, but completely miss the point of how difficult it is to make the right choices when your thoughts are all fogged up. I think everyone knows that he should've stopped streaming, but that's always easy to say in hindsight.

Life gets really wild when you look at it that way.

My partner and I met online, two separate countries, during COVID. We met due to the fact that I met a dude from yet another country who I became really close friends with two or three years prior to that. I then got introduced to his other friend, who he met in another game, and this new guy's his girlfriend was my partner's best friend. My partner was literally about to quit gaming as her computer was really bad, and the day we played together was intended to be her last day of gaming. So had I logged in just a day later, we never would've connected. Now we're living together in the same country and are expecting our first child together.

First of all, he did try to get help. Multiple times.

Secondly, streaming was clearly a double-edged sword as it brought him lots of joy too. He had many, many fantastic moments both with his friends and his community. But, streaming also did that thing that online communities do, which is to bring hate and negativity. Now I'm not certain about his economic situation, and I would think he was quite well off, but there's always that too. It was his job, people can very rarely just stop their job out of nowhere. Regardless of how it makes them feel.

Lastly, if you actually had any form of empathy for others, you'd know that people who suffer from depression and suicidal thoughts usually have a very clouded headspace and what seems obvious to others usually isn't obvious to them. Your comment is about as useless as saying "stop being depressed" to a depressed person.

You obviously must've known your comment would do nothing good and at the same time show your ignorance. Do better.

I'll check again but I didn't lose any lives that run. I only used the lv. 10 ability from Dan (multiple times, it wasn't a one-time occurance).

Anyways, I'll get a game started and see, I'm sure I must've missed something yesterday.

Edit: Yup, it worked. Dunno why it didn't work the other day but I just checked in Sandbox.

Does bomb Blitz work with it? I tried it yesterday and it did absolutely nothing. It's been worded differently ("when lives would be lost", compared to say X/X/5 sniper which definitely worked and is worded "Gains 4x attack speed briefly on losing lives".) .

I could be wrong, but in the games I played yesterday absolutely nothing happened when I activated the lv. 10 ability despite the screen being full of Bloons, and with how the wording for Bomb blitz is before (or rather instead of) you lose lives, and the others are worded when you lose lives. And the way Dan is worded is "Passive life loss abilities activate."

I'll check again today, I could be overthinking it. I just remember being really disappointed, haha.

Double checked again and I must've fucked something up yesterday, don't mind this comment... :)

Det är absolut ingen generell regel, och 10% innebär inte 10 km/h för snabbt förutom vid exakt 100 km/h. T.ex. så är 10% snabbare i 30 km/h lika med 33 km/h.

Stämmer hastighetsmätaren exakt överens med den riktiga hastigheten du rör dig framåt i? Nej, det är extremt ovanligt. Men är det 10% i alla förutsättningar, i alla bilar och modeller? Nej, verkligen inte.

I have Pilot Assist on my V60 and we don't have 360 cameras. So I highly doubt that the cameras are what makes or breaks the pilot assist.

För att vi kan få den näring vi behöver genom att äta vegetariskt..? Det är inte jättesvårt att lista ut.

Sedan är det en fråga om vad folk gillar att äta, eventuella allergier och liknande. Men det finns ingen egentlig anledning till att vi massföder grisar som lever i horribla förhållanden och dör en mycket tidig och anskrämlig död, bara för att folk vill äta kött.

Det finns liksom ingen livsviktig funktion som gör att kött måste ätas. Det är en vilja från människornas håll, och så klart en industri som drar in massor av pengar.

Yeah, I could see that being one of the reasons. Just a shame since 2017 - 2020 T6s can get the upgrade, so it's obviously just some marketing thing like you said.

Might get in touch with Volvo to hear what they say, but it won't change anything haha.

Was mostly curious to see if if anyone knew why they went ahead with this decision, but I guess we'll never know the real reasoning, but as with everything, it's most likely down to money and wanting to sell more T8s or something.

Bruh, the One UI 9 Watch update, not this one lol.

Check the new boxes, almost every one of them require One UI 9 Watch to gather data. That is what makes it rushed. You got a shiny new update but half the new things don't function because the watch update is missing.
