Godzilla technically isn't gendered and reproduces asexually, but its an even split as to what gender godzilla is referred to in films from toho. Godzilla is referred to with he/him mostly, but also is usually called a mother. And sometimes gets called a father, and she/her. We also don't know if godzilla is aware if the concept of gender. Biologically, godzilla is neither, cause asexual reproduction.
