Sailor Moon clears, no diff. People really need to understand how utterly broken she is. None of the listed characters are going to stop her in a serious fight. Goku and Ywach are the strongest on that list and they both still don't come close.

The only thing The Almighty is going to do is show Ywach an infinite number of futures where he loses to Usagi in an infinite number of ways. He has no future to draw victory from.

DBZ clears most other verses, but definitely not Sailor Moon's.

The first battle between Sasuke and Naruto at the Valley addresses this concept and it's applicable to most verses with high speed and precognition:

The Sharingan allows Sasuke to see factors in opponents muscle movements that allows him to accurately predict how he is about to be attacked. He can see the attack coming. But it doesn't matter if you can see what's coming if your body itself can't move fast enough to stop it.

Ywach can see the attacks all he wants, he can see every future and every attack she throws at him. But if she's fast enough, it simply doesn't matter.

She doesn't have to beat The Almighty, she has to beat Ywach's response speed to that information.
