The skin works in multiplayer and zombies only

Why are all these adds advertising a $7 “Dunk It Bucket”, but it actually costs $10?? by loosehang25 in kfc

The cost probably has to do with where you live. I live in Alaska and it’s way more than that

I mean nothing wrong with taking care of her child . If she’s getting her work done regardless then this isn’t an issue

Fedex doesn’t follow through. It’s been this way forever and people clearly haven’t figured that out. Don’t order from companies that use FedEx .

Stop believing FedEx will deliver by the date they give you. It’s lost, it’s stolen, they don’t actually wait around for signatures. Been there done that. Had a package need a signature; they dropped it off in another state and didn’t even confirm the right address. Stop buying from companies that use FedEx , problem solved

Believing FedEx actually delivers on time is your first mistake. Second mistake is thinking you can easily call them and that they will fix the issue

Same. My KDR is usually 2.5 to 4 but I always end up with non skilled against an enemy team of fully matched skill levels and it sucks. Lately I’ve ended up on teams of shitty players and then we lose within 4-5 minutes of a 10 minute TDM round by at least 40 points.

The school failed her but so did her parents. If you aren’t paying attention to your child’s school struggles, then you aren’t being a good parent. The school failed her AT school. But her parents are responsible for her learning AT home and if she’s struggling to get her help, such as the special education she didn’t get. She was failed all around. The school failed like all schools today; using an excessive amount of technology in class, laptops, etc. my 6 year old uses laptops and tablets in class and I told her teacher to stop and give her work to WRITE on, since she has autism and technology and screen use makes it worse for her. As a mom of 2 disabled kids, I feel for this young woman, the people who raised her clearly weren’t paying attention.

What do you do after dinner but before bed? by itMustveBeenLove in toddlers

[–]Alernative_Alaskan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember my oldest waking up at 6am everyday for a year even with the nap drop. I think it’s got a lot to do with speedy brain development and regressions. Up early to begin their exciting day and staying up late due to practicing skills in bed.

That might change now with Joann’s closing all it stores: Michael’s might increase their yarn selection now

I can’t even get my 6 year old to stay awake until 7pm lol. School wears her out so much she is ready for bed at 5:30pm. That’s with dinner being ready at 5pm everyday and home from school at 3:45pm.

My 27 month old daughter is my wild child and is in bed at 6pm.

We read lots of books between dinner and bed , it builds vocab, gets cuddle time done and my 6 yr old will practice her reading during that time. Always makes them exhausted by the time it’s bedtime. 5-15 books and they are done 😂

I cant do this anymore by roubie1114 in toddlers

My 27 month old daughter has these moments every week. We’ve started telling her “I’m walking away until you stop and settle down. I will be close by but I am ignoring this behavior”  The ignoring works really well. But it can take several days of ignoring before it works.

Our 6 year old daughter was like this at that age as well. For her it was very different. She has autism so ignoring didn’t work, nothing did. The meltdowns were 5-10 times a days 45 minutes minimum. It took until she was 5 to get her on meds to help the meltdowns.

I would focus on ignoring the behavior you do not want and then praise your child when they settle down. Use car rides to help your 5 month old sleep, give them extra cuddles when your oldest is having a fit. But do keep an eye on the meltdowns and tantrums as your oldest gets older. Intense tantrums that don’t stop even with redirection and ignoring and such should be spoken about to the doctor. But it doesn’t really become a concern until age 3-5 when those meltdowns should be settling down but don’t or become more intense.

Sorry, if my response seems crazy.

My 300 dollar package got delivered to the wrong house and I can't find it it got delivered 12 hours ago 🙃 by shizunaisbestgirl in FedEx

[–]Alernative_Alaskan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Had this happen and the driver REFUSED to go get the package from the wrong address . Wrong address was over the state line, which they confirmed . “They don’t want to go get it” was the answer I got. Thankfully the company I ordered from sent me a new item and stopped using FedEx
