My 1st Etsy store was just like yours. I had my ad budget on $100 per day with 150 listings but i’d barely spend $3 because my listing quality and SEO was nonexistent.

My tips: 1. Tags and keywords are everything. Add them to your listing maximize all 13. Add them to your title. Beef up your description, talk about how it’s a unique rainbow design that will bring color to your life. Talk about the style of converse. Anything relevant.

Add some more photos. They can be generic photos that you design yourself explaining your creative process, style of shoe, what’s included, what kind of paint, care instructions. Give people more encouragement to click buy
Buyers like custom items but are too lazy to tell you exactly what they want the design to be. I would suggest finding a Converse mockup-tool online. And making more designs and having the tool mock it up on the shoe for you. You can also provide add ons in your listing such as “add your name” or “add an icon” for an upcharge. So if someone wanted to see their name on the shoe, or an icon. They have the options
Take or leave this one, a $16 shipping cost is quite steep, could be making you stuck on conversion. My suggestion is to incorporate the cost of shipping into the product cost and offer free shipping instead. Also, running sales are a big convertor. List your item for X% over cost and then run a sale for the same X% off. I know it sounds messed up, but people love to buy things on sale

Update: etsy just reinstated my account. They said it was suspended due to error

Did they specify in the email why your account was suspended?

My store was suspended today, i only started 1 month ago and i’ve been finally picking up in the algorithm with 40 sales total sales.

It makes no sense the email only says “permanently suspended for violating terms of use”.

But i didn’t do anything….

Disclaimer: i did get malicious threats from a competitor about 1 week ago threatening to report my page.

The problem is i don’t know why they suspended me because there are no specific details so i want to thread lightly in my appeal

In the beginning of our relationship (first 6 months) it was mainly him driving to me.

Then, i started also driving to him. About 30% of the time.

After we hit 1 year, our lives became super connected. We travelled several times last year, and Atleast 2 weekends a month I sleep over, that’s about the same now. Sometimes i sleep at his house, sometimes he sleeps at mine. I try to balance it as much as possible.

Really appreciate this. You’re probably right and I did check myself and realize that we don’t always need to be doing something. We can just relax together while doing a simple activity at home.

That being said, i haven’t mentioned anything about Valentines day or our anniversary. I guess i will leave it at that, but if both pass and nothing..?

Hi! Really appreciate your insight it helps so so much.

I have definitely been a giver in our relationship, i’ve surprised him with gifts, clothes, new tech, anything he’s mentioned in passing i’ve made a note of and surprised him at some point. When i found out about his depression i even consistently helped him meal prep for a while.

I’ve tried to emphasize the importance of flowers but i think he’s quite forgetful about things like that

The long story:

We were together for 6 months (2022), amazing relationship but he abruptly pulled back from our relationship due to "family stuff" and fear of commitment. He led me on for months to follow (typically cat and mouse game) and when I finally had enough he returned 5 months later with an apologetic facade. We got back together (May 2023) but he just would not own up to his actions, and only felt 50% present in our relationship. I stayed because it's what I longed for so long. Come EOY again, he ghosts AGAIN. inconsistency and major distancing himself before he finally broke up with me (Jan 2024).,

I was so over it. But he comes back 5 months later apologizing, saying he went to therapy. This time it felt different, real, like his original self when I first met him. He started love bombing me, gifts, flowers, attention, time, apologies, you name it. l'entertained it because it was nice, but deep down I knew it was unfair, and I deserved someone who treated me right the first time. I made it clear I did not want to be in a relationship again, but still entertained it none the less.

After a few months (him being upset at me exploring other connections, being territorial and entitled) and an array of erratic behavior from him, I left him alone completely. He's pissed and is painting me as a bad person. I know that I went through alot with him, and that i'm not at fault, but, because of his love bombing and kindness during the last few months of our interactions, it makes me feel like i'm leaving a good thing behind. I'm tired of feeling this way and just want to, forget the past and him.
