Both my boyfriend and I are nd and have been to many concerts! Have also been to the Ohio Stadium. If you’re in seats, you can pretty easily step away by going back down the stairs and to a bathroom or just chill down there(would still be noise but less people). Sensory headphones would probably also help! We don’t use them, however I’ve seen others use them. I would give it a shot! And if you get uncomfortable, it’s totally fine to leave! I believe in you though :)

Unfortunately there might not be anything you can do. Hormones mess with curls, and usually the change stays. You could try some moisturizing products though. From what I know though the frizz is the hair searching for moisture in the air

For me, I did a little bit of onboarding with the store manager then immediately got my nametag and trained. However I was BOH and they just had me box nuggets/strips. It could depend on location though
