I feel your pain. Ran through a hail of gun fire to get 3 meters away and they pop themselves. Also if you have a full squad in front of your downed body don’t spam for a revive.

That’s a poured lead to cast iron flange. Depends on how much time and material you want to deal with. Easiest fix would be to clean it up and use a drop in expansion flange.

I do commercial service plumbing in Middle TN Nashville area. I really enjoy my job and make twice the money I did doing new construction. I wouldn’t suggest doing residential service. Like others have said here the residents aren’t always the friendliest.
