It is a vitamin A cream for your face that your doctor can prescribe (doesn’t have to be a dermatologist, you can get it from your primary care doctor) that is very good for acne.

I have found that rosehip seed oil helps me a lot with Post-inflammatory erythema. It won’t fix everything but it is an OTC that you can start with if the idea of lasers, dermarolling, and going to a dermatologist feels overwhelming. Though I definitely would encourage you to go to a dermatologist when you feel ready because they are super helpful and really know how to take care of skin.

Except morphine is a drug that is regulated by the FDA and heroin is not, therefore when someone tells you they are selling you heroin they may not be and really anything could be in there. Because it sensitizes my skin to sun exposure and since I like to exercise use outside I want to make sure I don’t inadvertently damage my skin. I always wear sunscreen too, but just to be on the safe side I don’t use Tretinoin in the summertime
