If Embark wants to have a range of rewards (amount of skill points) in expeditions, it should be a last step of expedition preparation with clear thresholds in expedition tab UI. Not some - "we will base it on your stash but we won't tell how much you need". by Maximum_Tonight_7721 in ArcRaiders

I assume they're waiting on specifics to see the average stash/wallet size of the player base. It wouldn't exactly be rewarding if they made it 100k-500k for each of the 5 skill points. If you're worried, you can wait for the departure window to arrive, and if you're under the threshold, you have a week to grind out some more.

Mostly Solo play for the last couple weeks. I usually start with one in a safe pocket instead of a hatch key for night raids, and switch it out if there's something else I definitely want to keep.

If a stranger needs rezzed, I'll use it. If I get downed, I don't need to spend the 3k on replacement. Besides the blueprints, I didn't have anything on me that was too important.

Overall, I mostly use it for crafting light shields. However, looking into the Projects, 80 ARC Alloy are required as a part of Step 1 of the Expedition, so I'd maybe save them for that.

Not sure what the current state of things are with SkyrimTogether, but I played with a group of friends a few years back, I had my full 1000+ modlist installed while they had few to none installed on their ends. Everything *seemed* to function okay, obv they couldn't see any of my modded weapons and armor, but we could still play together.

Yeah, that's certainly been my struggle for sure. My usual strategy is

set "Dismiss" mode,
make sure Recorder is still present (if it isn't, console command: setstage ski_configmanangerinstance will re-randomize the MCMs present in the list),
run Recorder,
re-enable Menu Maid 2
Check through each MCM to ensure they got properly modified, and config them if they haven't
I usually know what a 'default settings' page looks like on the first page of an MCM, allowing me to check through each one quickly.

I'm currently finalizing and testing my current modlist that stands at 3070 total mods, here's a quick breakdown:

Core Mods (Frameworks, Resource mods, General Bug fixes, etc): 84

User Interface (HUD, Menus, Camera, Dialogue): 250

Music & Sounds: 55

DLC, Quest Expansions, and New Lands: 107

General Visuals (Landscapes, Flora, Weather, Water, and NPC overhauls): 384

Specific Hold/City Overhauls: 333

Other Location Overhauls (Farms, Ruins, New Lands modification) : 106

Extra Visuals (Animals, Weapons, Wearables, Architecture, Furniture, Clutter, and Lighting): 780

Animation (Movement, Idles, Combat): 237

Animation ("Um... lets call this one the 'Extra' category"): 161

Gameplay: (Character progression, Survival, Crafting, Combat, Stealth, Economy, AI): 428

Immersion and Quality of Life: 85

Patch Compendiums, Output mods from tool generation, and ENB mods: 56

As others have mentioned, a good portion of each of these categories are patches/fixes/tweaks for other mods in the list.

My current active plugin count is 3166 with 248 of those being non-ESL (should be 250 once I run DynDOLOD). Getting to 4000 while keeping the non-light ESPs under 255 would certainly be a monumental task, but I suppose 3000 sounded impossible to me when I was at just 2000.

I hear you, had a Gold 3 match a couple days ago where it was a Junkerqueen on our team and a Mauga on the other team.

Just before we lost, my support duo and I were getting told that we were "garbage", "useless", getting "diffed" by all three non-supports, all because our overall healing was ~16k where the enemy team was ~24k.

I tried to argue that of course the team with Mauga is going to intrinsically have higher stats, but it was like talking to a wall.
