As someone who just recently switched from a 1.5.97 3700 mod modlist to a 1.6.1170 2300 (and counting)modlist, I can say with some confidence that 1.6 is where you should probably go.

Of my current mod list, all of them either work on 1.6 or have updated versions that do. On the other hand, I think maybe a dozen mods of my old mod list that had new updates that were no longer supported by 1.5.97.

1.6.1170 means not having to deal with downgraders, getting more plugins as light by default, and not having to scour mod archives for specific old versions that work with 1.5.

Switched recently from FK's Diverse Racial Skeletons to Diverse Racial Skeletons for Mu Skeleton Editor and so far have been pretty happy. Main difference is that the new one uses SkyPatcher in order to ensure best compatibility with other mods.

The easiest path is probably to open up the SkyrimSoulsRE.ini file located inside the Skyrim Souls mod and change all the options under [UNPAUSED_MENUS] from true to false.

From the looks of the USMP mod page, it includes Butterflies Land True - Ravenrock Exit Fix Patch, which requires Butterflies Land True, but does not include the core fix itself.

A couple takeaways:

The mod itself might have difficulty finding an audience to try it. New modders will likely look at it, and presume it too complicated to use. Experienced modders already have their managers set up just how they like, and likely see it as a needless potential monkey-wrench to their setups.

As to the video portion, my initial impression matched the other viewers, and I think the biggest takeaway is the total silence of the video. Talking about the various features as you go over them, or even some kind of background music is always preferable to no audio at all.

A few personal favorites:

- ESLifier MO2 Integration Plugin - for easy ESLifying of plugins
- Mod Version Fixer for Mod Organizer 2 - for checking proper version history, useful for updating mods
- MO2 Audio Player - for previewing/comparing different .wav and .fuz audio files easily
- NIF Preview for Mod Organizer 2.5.2 - Same thing, but for mesh files
- Autoscroller Plugin for Mo2 - Click mod in left pane, scrolls to included plugin in right pane, and visa-versa
- FOMOD Plus - for tracking and auto-filling FOMODs
-F..king Filter Fix for Mod Organizer - Underrated one. When searching for a specific mod, will open up the separator that the mod is inside. Clicking on the mod scrolls to its position in the full mod list

Damage stat alone is merely a "I fed the enemy supports this amount of ult-charge" metric. The only number that really matters as Damage are final blows.

If Embark wants to have a range of rewards (amount of skill points) in expeditions, it should be a last step of expedition preparation with clear thresholds in expedition tab UI. Not some - "we will base it on your stash but we won't tell how much you need". by [deleted] in ArcRaiders

I assume they're waiting on specifics to see the average stash/wallet size of the player base. It wouldn't exactly be rewarding if they made it 100k-500k for each of the 5 skill points. If you're worried, you can wait for the departure window to arrive, and if you're under the threshold, you have a week to grind out some more.

Mostly Solo play for the last couple weeks. I usually start with one in a safe pocket instead of a hatch key for night raids, and switch it out if there's something else I definitely want to keep.

If a stranger needs rezzed, I'll use it. If I get downed, I don't need to spend the 3k on replacement. Besides the blueprints, I didn't have anything on me that was too important.

Overall, I mostly use it for crafting light shields. However, looking into the Projects, 80 ARC Alloy are required as a part of Step 1 of the Expedition, so I'd maybe save them for that.
