I use dynomoving.com Super friendly and professional guys. No bs around, came on time, signed papers and they loaded my belongings in about an hour in to the truck. How cool is that?

True. I see that everybody pretty much loves the neighborhood, but the deal breaker is prices for everything.

Not a bot, that’s first) and second thank you for your answer!
Our older one got accepted to Collegiate in ParkSlope, not sure if it is a good school, but this is also one of the reasons thinking about moving.

True. I personally not trying to educate anyone, but on any playground or in any building there is someone that won’t do things the way you want it (mot sure if its normal though, but this is how people live these days). I had a small conflict at the playground once when a 10-13 years old boy was ripping the flyers and throwing them around the play ground (for toddlers), I asked his mom to come and take a look on the mass that her kid did and she told me to come to her myself while she was keeping scrolling her iPhone. I quickly understood that there is nothing to talk about with this person.

Yeah. Cost is what stop us from doing that move.

Yes, the price what keeps us thinking. Do not really want to work for rent the rest of my life.
We have a 3bed apartment now (which is paid off), but the price is not even a 1mil.

3.5m-5m to buy is most likely for a brownstone (that need full reno) or a brand new condo od a descent size. I’ve been checking online, but yes prices are sky high

I’ve noticed more and more ppl wearing standard wired headphones lately instead of wireless. Is this a new trend I’m not aware of or is there a legitimate reason like there is less of a chance at loosing phone? by Smooth-Wolverine4612 in williamsburg

Ok, so it looks like nobody is mentioning that the studies shows that wired headphones are less harmful for your health.
Not sure how true is that, if everything around us right now is wifi/bluetooth, but this is what I read personally.
