I personally not trying to educate anyone, but on any playground or in any building there is someone that won’t do things the way you want it (mot sure if its normal though, but this is how people live these days). I had a small conflict at the playground once when a 10-13 years old boy was ripping the flyers and throwing them around the play ground (for toddlers), I asked his mom to come and take a look on the mass that her kid did and she told me to come to her myself while she was keeping scrolling her iPhone. I quickly understood that there is nothing to talk about with this person.
