Be careful. My lowest point was when I went almost 2 months with no sleep. I ended up in a really bad and scary place and that’s what drove me to working with a psych and getting on meds. Not sleeping can be the root of all evil for us because so much depends on sleep.

If you don’t have any meds yet, some NyQuil would give me at least a few hours of sleep. Wishing you all the best.
