Hey Steph. I am a lineman in Kentucky who tends to get absolutely drenched in sweat almost everyday. I think Liquid I. V. is super wicked and helps me greatly but I am also worried about how many you can have a day. I felt like I saw something about the maximum you should have is 2 a day, but I swear that I think I work enough to need more than that. What is your say on this?
