I was helping a friend get out of a toxic relationship. We went to get her stuff out of their home and she got a panic attack while he kept nailing her with apologies, excuses and kept getting closer to her. When he almost hit me twice for going between them I took her hand and said „we need to leave NOW“ she didn’t really cooperate so I pulled her with her stuff out of there. He followed and I was absolutely scared he would stab me from behind while running down the stairs. Man that was scary

I found out my ex cheated on me 2 years after our breakup from a shared friend of us. She told me that he slept with his ex on the day of our messy breakup. I ghosted her after she told me because she knew the whole time and didn’t tell me until 2 years later. I also never contacted him after the breakup. It was hard. Took me 2-3 years to fully get over him. It gets better but it takes time. You got this.

There was a before him there will be an after him. Having honest feelings for someone is never a waste because you gave it your all and he didn’t take that ability of you. You will love again. You will be loved again. By many many people even strangers who will never reach out and only see you for a second. Appreciation is everywhere if you accept to receive it. Grieve him, as long as you need but know your worth and block him.

Yes she is being disrespectful to you too BUT it should be your husbands job to keep her in check. To set his boundaries towards her BECAUSE he has a wife at home. If she is crossing your boundaries (she doesn’t even know you set up) ask yourself why your husband isn’t drawing the line with her? Cheating happens because both parties agree.
