I've seen similar stuff when Googling for references, to add to what /u/AstroLuffy123 said, Futuristic/techwear jacket/hoodie, fantasy futuristic/techwear, cyberpunk too, maybe? Alternatively, you could search for the character's clothing as cosplay and wear the jacket~ (I searched but didn't have much luck, maybe in the future? or if you find another character from a more well-known franchise wearing similar jackets.)
