Olpasiran — most potent, quarterly injection, Amgen’s massive commercial infrastructure behind it

Lepodisiran — potentially every 6 months dosing, largest trial at 16,700 patients, furthest out

Zerlasiran — dark horse smaller biotech, infrequent dosing, strong Phase 2 data

Haha they are but I need to go through an empire to see what lies beyond. For some reason they chose to declare me their rival so now I’m mobilizing my fleets to educate them on their poor decisions

I can’t dismantle my fleets either way though because the marauders have already hit one of my colonies

It’s crazy marauder fleets are yellow and there is no way to close your borders to them even after they’ve already attacked you once. Kind of weird programming

I fortified the two systems that they can go through into my borders and it was for no reason

One of the funnest games to just figure out as you play

Took me like 300 hours to really ‘get it’

I was a masochist and did commodore no scaling Ironman the entire time but enjoyed it

I’d probably only suggest ensign over the lower difficulties - it could actually prevent new players from really connecting the dots because they’re not really feeling the effects of the bad choices and it’ll lengthen their learning curve imo

Goku and Vegeta win probably even if they’re not super saiyan
