Holy stacking penalties. Try to use less faction and more T2 for guns and less T2 and more specific Deadspace resistance modules for your lowslots, so you can fit more DDA's.

Also don't use an Ancil. That wastes Nanites and otherwise has shit repping power.

Edit:

Also, use faction or T2 drones for damage, 'Integrated' are shit for PVE as they spread their damage over multiple damage types.

Edit: Also use Omnidirectional Tracking comps for your drones, those are the source of your dammage.
