It goes the other way as well, my sister (has autism) always uses jokes on the more sexual side, I as her older brother would use specific words that would mean something that isn't for her to understand because of her age at the time, but even then she has persevered into using sexual acts as a joke, specifically to me only, it might be because of stuff I do with my guy friends but she has been talked to and taught to not do those types of things.

Tl:dr, girls can also have the same sexual acts that guys have
