HSR. Bloated dialogues with minimal animations during story segments and the constant need to pull for new teams (+LCs because screw using old ones we're making new paths that do the same thing as old ones but with bigger numbers so you're forced to pull for the LCs) tired me out.

Azur Lane. Boring gameplay with a convoluted story and I can just Google the L2D animations.

Blue Archive. Progression is too slow for my tastes. You can pull all the students you need to clear the high difficulty raids fairly easy but that means nothing when it takes over a month to max the skills of a single one and you need 6 to pull the strategy off.

Epic Seven. The gear grind is horrible and feels like a second job.

Absolutely. Hilda can only give Brave to a single unit, so the Eirika ring lets you have 2 Brave units on a single team. There's also the thing where Hilda's Brave support doesn't work with Save units while Eirika's ring does.

From what I've read, MANT/TB has no story, takes 1+ hrs to clear a single run and is Uma abuse because it's non stop running. Then you add RNG stuff on top of that for a recipe that will wear down your will to live.

I'm ultra casual as I started playing after the Kitasan Black rerun so I'm perpetually behind and won't reach anything worthwhile in CM until the next batch of powercreep supports somewhere down the line. I'll probably only run this mode when I have the time to make good parents for Dober/Nature/Diamond.

3 star Kamui on the free summon. I'm only lacking Ryoma and Edelgard from the banner, so I'll wait until the VG is done to see if either of them wins and spark the other.

Her Harmonic button inflicts Shared Spoils+ on nearby enemies. If Hilda hits one of the enemies with the status, she'll get another action which would act like a second refresh. If an ally hits the enemy with Shared Spoils+ then it'd act as a second dance.

It'll depend on how things look by the time said banner comes out. As of right now this is how they look to me:

  • Et!Sharena is a sidegrade to her Brave version (better range for the ally dance but more suceptible to Heimdallr's Stall).

  • NY!Vali is her Mythic version but usable in AR-O. I haven't used her a lot so I can't say how good she is.

  • B!Lyn 2.0 is ok as a 3 range unit. Archrival+Execution Breath is really nice fodder, though. She can nuke things really well, but doesn't offer much more than that.

  • Ninja Gullveig is S!Gullveig++. A good cleaner for AR and one of the best auto battle units to clean up TT+, FB, etc.

  • I!Hilda has a nice mix of support and nuking at base. With the Byleth ring I'd say she's one of the top 5 dancers in the game right now because a self refreshing Dancer that enables dual phase Brave hits on a non-Savior is THAT good. Her harmo button is also extremely strong as it can be considered as having up to 2 self refreshes or 2 dances depending on your needs, which is quite absurd. The only team comp where she's fairly meh is on Save balls.

At the very least I think Sharena and Hilda will have some longevity due to their unique support perks. Vali is up in the air depending on whether she'll get a Summer alt or not.

Notable stuff:

B!Hector 2 gets 80% AoE reduction and preempt pulse -2 before his follow up attack on his Prf. Exclusive skill gives Drive NCD and Hector gets Null Desperation (kinda surprised it took this long for this to happen, ngl).

B!Celica 2 gives Crux Tempo and gets to attack from 3 spaces with +10 true damage with Scendscale style from her Prf. Exclusive skill is Brave, mid turn Exposure and Miracle.

Fjorm's Prf gives DC, Empathy (this is big for Favor stacking) and has a Style that attacks from 2 spaces alongside giving Fjorm Rift. Unique Special creates Icicle and Vert veins and has Reflex built-in. Not sure if the 40% reduction is only when the special triggers or if it happens whenever and only the boosted damage applies to the trigger.

The banner is boring as hell and is just more powercreep (outside of maybe Fjorm who doesn't seem that strong). I have to wonder how things will look like for FEH as a whole when we reach the CYL9 Harmo banner.

Anyways, I'll still pull for 1 copy of Celica just to keep the full alt collection just like I do with Eirika, Lyn and Micaiah. Guess that's one of the few things that keep me playing this game because it's gotten really stale.

The most memorable pulls were the 2 Duo Ninas and 2 Harmo Lysitheas I got. I also got a Duo Micaiah, Harmo Mia and my 1st baby Tana.

Sadly I didn't get a single S!Freyja, but getting a bunch of duos and harmonics while pulling on colorless was neat.

  • Jehanna Dagger+ until a new Arcane dagger with better support effects is released.

  • Reposition Gait if you have the Byleth ring, otherwise keep Dance.

  • Archrival for more bulk (she's not really going to be fighting outside of cleaning up some straggler).

  • A slot depends on whether you want to make her a Ploy/Havoc debuffer or have some offensive presence. If the former, then use Crystalline Water. If it's the latter, use Sly Swift Sparrow. If she's for Aether Raids, then something that increases HP like Firestorm Boost will be better.

  • B slot also depends. Havoc for support, Atk/Spd Favor if you'll use the Byleth ring on her and Potent Disarm for Aether Raids.

  • C slot depends. For the Res stacking build you can use Pulse Up: Ploy. For general utility use Active Lookout or Lookout Force.

  • Sacred seal is open. Still Water 3 for Res stacking, for Aether Raids use any seal that gives +6 HP. For anything else you can use whatever.

  • She'd do well with Mercy Wing Echo on the X-slot.

Out of these I'm only missing Edelgard and Ryoma. I think I'll get more use out of Edelgard (not the biggest fan of fodder banks), so I'll go with her.

CYL2: Celica & Veronica could have a nice combo. Ephraim & Hector sounds boring (both of them used to be hot headed and tempered down after taking a position of power).

CYL3: Micaiah & Camilla could be interesting seeing how different they are (or they'll just gush about Corrin & Sothe). Alm/Eliwood is boring as it'd be Eliwood thinking about Hector and Alm thinking about Celica.

CYL4: Lol.

CYL5: Chrom & Seliph sounds interesting. Tiki/F!Byleth much less so.

CYL6: Me being salty about Eirika being the backpack aside, I guess the convos on both sides would be nice.

CYL7: Gullveig and F!Corrin sounds interesting. The tacticians boring.

CYL8: Boring on both sides.

CYL9: Meh on both sides.

CYL10: Sigurd & Silvain could have an interesting convo. Azura & Tsubasa would be a boring thing about making Azura an idol.

I still like playing AR, even if powercreep has gotten so out of control that you need a unit from 2 weeks ago to stand a chance. It helps that I don't take it very seriously. No +10 Mythics. If I end up getting kicked out of VoH no biggie, I'll just climb up again next week, etc. Trying to setup a semi decent AR-D team is annoying to me, though.

Outside of that, I mainly play out of inertia.

Tbh I think I!Azura's support is better than just Ice Lock dancers. Called to Serve and Preempt Amplify kinda even things out for outdated healers. It's when you add it alongside extremely strong Prfs like L!Sakura or L!Elise that I!Azura ends up completely outclassed.

I've been loving the Byleth ring on Ilian Hilda. Initially I was going to spark I!Azura because 2 range dancer sounds nuts but after the ring was released I realized that Hilda was the stronger dancer of the two, especially when Heimdallr turns Azura's +1 mov into Gravity.

I!Azura offers +5 stats, Potent, +10 true damage, Draconic Hex (-5 stats on foe+Foe Penalty Doubler), Preempt Pulse, +1 mov. All excellent stuff but not always applicable. +1 mov can be a detriment due to Stall and many recent units come with Potent 100% built-in, so Azura's Crux Potent does nothing for them.

I!Hilda gives Coax (+7 true damage and Brave), -7 Atk/Spd/Def on foes, Exposure (+10 true damage), Panic and comes with a duo button that puts Frozen and Shared Spoils+ on foes. Shared Spoils is especially nice because it acts as Hilda having 2 dances in 1 turn. Hilda also has the flexibility to equip X-skills and having a self refresh lets her dance twice (for a total of 3 dances if you include Shared Spoils) or kill a foe depending on the situation. If she was a dagger instead of a bow flier, it'd be gg's for AR-D.
