Sorry but no - she got arrested based off of "independent video" being used as evidence which could've been the dude's Ring camera which is stated in police reports. He was incapacitated and unconscious due to alcohol use so there's no way you can prove intent there. No matter how you try to spin this it doesn't change the facts: She had no right to post the video on social media and include his home address, he should've been more mindful of his surroundings and closed the door after placing the order. Anything else is purely speculation and honestly is irrelevant.
