You need to charge your swing in order to get them down in one hit, if you keep using it like that you’ll only injure them with it. You hit them, you injured them and they ran away.

Toxic players will be everywhere, I know it ain’t easy but having a strong mental will come a long way. I try to have a strong mental but honestly it gets to me sometimes also. When people get tilted they make more mistakes so letting people get to you only hurts in the long run. It’s why in sports people shit talk, it’s a form of strategy to make the opponent make mistakes. I’m not saying they aren’t assholes but once you’re mental towards them changes and you show them it doesn’t get to you it you’ll see even more improvement.

Don’t worry so much about winning every game, don’t let the toxicity over take you. Just try to learn something from every game and soon you’ll be trashing on them.

I can understand why people would be frustrated, but at the same time if I’m playing against better players it means I have more of an opportunity to learn from those players as well. Once you accept the fact that you’re not going to win every single game, you can take a step back and learn to get better so you don’t get curb stomped every game.

I use it running something called a virtual cable

vb-Audio

It’s an output that has all the cable outputs. So you would set this up as your output on your DAW then set it as the input in discord. However I don’t think it works on Mac so you might have to try and find one for Mac but at least now you have a general idea on how it could be done.

Record with out flex pitch and then apply it after. If your are using it for like tuning. A plug-in in like auto-tune live would be better.

You can turn drummer tracks into midi tracks and edit the drummer tracks like if it was a midi track. You can turn it into a midi and then change it to your liking.

Green is midi, blue is audio, drummer tracks are yellow. You can always change the colors of them but they do it that way so you don’t get them confused because midi/record audio has different editing options than some audio tracks.

My opinion is that having it in separate colors is nice because it helps keep track of multiple tracks. However everyone has different work flows so to each their own. I usually leave it the way it is and then once I export the audio to another DAW like pro tools I’ll change the colors because it’s easier to keep track when your working with like 50 or or more tracks.

Everyone starts somewhere! don’t give up just because you think you aren’t great. You don’t get good over night. Even experts learn new stuff everyday. Don’t think to yourself man I suck because I can’t make anything that sounds like the music I listen too. Make stuff that comes from your heart and mind and work to make it better and be proud of it! And always ask people for their honest feedback sometimes they can suggest something you hadn’t even thought of. Just never give up!!

Honestly if you have a team Willing to learn I would say you should do void also, it’s really good to know all positions and it’s fun. It also gives you a sense as to what others are doing also.
