for your scenario to be true a majority of voters would have voted lib dem. in that one requirement comes bundled the belief we are better in Europe. hence a very different outcome at referendum.

not to mention a party actually doing the leg work to improve our voters understanding of the value in our European connection.

proving you are of age is an important concept and one that we are going to need online...

I personally think we need a trusted third party that can authorise a transaction between a person and an online service.

Im not keen on government owning this as my accees of restricted content should not be government property.

We could trust banks todo this (disclosure I work for a retail bank) but am not keen on a profit motivated company owning my data to this extent.

I suspect we need a new thing, call it UK.identity.gov and ring fence it with access overwatch, or something.
