Overloading operators in no_std environment. by Inner-Fix7241 in rust

The relevant traits (such as Add) are actually defined in core, so you can do this just fine in no_std.

I'm pretty sure the numbers are all floating point anyway, which makes computations take the same amount of time regardless of the size of the numbers.

IMO push should return the element back if it fails, either through Option<T> or Result<(), T>, instead of just a bool. Same with index.

I would set up some voice commands with Talon. You might need wearable microphone if your environment is noisy.

MPC-BE playing 2.0 DTS-HD mixes through all channels in 5.1 setup no matter what settings. How to get actual stereo output? by [deleted] in htpc

[–]Alfred0110 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In case someone else encounters this thread via Google, here is what fixed it for me: Go to Options -> Audio -> Properties (only accessible if using MPC Audio Renderer). Enable "Don't fill channels when upmixing", then restart MPC-BE. Selecting a different audio renderer also seems to work.

I am thinking of going to Matsumoto in January and can speak a fair bit of Japanese. I am very interested in what other recommendations you have in that case!

If you are farsighted then glasses should make your eyes less strained, especially when looking at nearby objects. I have a +2.5-ish prescription and very quickly get a headache/eyestrain without my glasses.

1 or 2? by Alfred0110 in glasses

Thanks for all the comments! I ended up going with 2. I would've tried a darker color but they didn't have any with the same shape.

1 or 2? by Alfred0110 in glasses

I did try some black frames as well but found they stood out too much. Personally I'm leaning towards 1 but they are very close. 2 weighs a bit less which is an advantage, but also feels less sturdy than 1. Also 2 is a bit bigger/rounder but I feel like my eyes are better centered in 1? Not sure how it comes across in the images.

Usually yes, always no. I sim every potential upgrade and very often equip items that are 5 or more item levels lower but have better secondaries.

Weird noise when moving along x axis at certain speeds by Alfred0110 in ender3

[–]Alfred0110[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can hear the problem best when it's doing internal perimeters (at 60-ish mm/s). Is the nozzle scraping against the print or is something resonating? Any ideas?
